Exit the M5 at junction 30 named Sandygate.  The slip road will take you to a set of traffic lights and a major roundabout beneath the M5.

From the Bristol/ Taunton direction follow the Middlemoor signs. Follow through a further TWO sets of traffic lights OR if you are travelling from Plymouth/Torquay direction, take the Middlemoor lane and follow through TWO sets of traffic lights.

Exit the roundabout onto the Sidmouth Road. This will lead immediately to another roundabout. Take the first exit and continue to follow Sidmouth Road. Pass under a small bridge which will take you to a third roundabout (you should notice Middlemoor Police Head Quarters on your right).

Take the first exit off this roundabout into Rydon Lane. There is a pub named The Exeter Arms on your left.

After a few hundred yards, at the first set of traffic lights TURN RIGHT into the Pennon and South West Water offices site.

Visitor parking is at the front of the building opposite the main reception of Pennon and South West Water's Head Office.
