Corporate Responsibility CommitteeThe Pennon Group Corporate Responsibility Committee is chaired by Dinah Nichols, a Pennon Group Non-executive Director. The two other Pennon Group Non-executive Directors are also members as well as the Chief Executives of South West Water and Viridor. Pennon Group operates environmentally sensitive and sustainable businesses and the Board monitors the Group’s performance on environmental, societal, workplace and governance matters through its Corporate Responsibility Committee. The Corporate Responsibility Committee reviews the strategies, policies, management, initiatives, targets and performance of the Pennon Group of companies in the areas of occupational health and safety and security, the environment, the workplace, corporate policies, non-financial regulatory compliance and the role of the Group in society.
