An interim dividend of 14.69 pence per share will be paid on 4 April 2025 to shareholders on the register on 31 January 2025. The Company offers shareholders the option to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) for this dividend. The DRIP replaced the scrip dividend alternative in January 2018, following a review of the Group’s capital structure.
The DRIP is administered by Pennon’s registrar, Link Group (Link). If you choose to join the DRIP, Link will use the cash dividend payment to which you are entitled to purchase additional ordinary shares in the Company in the market on your behalf. This means that the Company does not need to issue new shares (as is the case for a scrip dividend) and avoids diluting existing shareholdings.

How to join the DRIP
You may join the DRIP by one of the following methods:
For holders of shares in certificated form:
- by applying online at www.signalshares.com and going to Manage your account > Change your dividend options > Dividend Reinvestment Plan; or
- by downloading and completing the DRIP Instruction Form below and sending it to Link at the address stipulated on the form.
For holders of shares in uncertificated form in CREST:
- by inputting a Dividend Election Input Message through the CREST system. No other form of instruction will be permitted from CREST holders.
