2024 Annual General Meeting
The 2024 Annual General Meeting (the ‘AGM’) of Pennon Group plc was held at Peninsula House, Rydon Lane, Exeter, EX2 7HR on Wednesday, 24th July 2024 at 10:00am. Shareholders were able to attend the AGM in person or listen remotely via a live webcast. The 2024 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of our Annual General Meeting (‘the AGM Notice’) have been published and can be accessed below.
The Directors are pleased to announce that the shareholders of Pennon Group plc passed all of the resolutions which were set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 20 May 2024, https://www.pennon-group.co.uk/investor-information/rns-announcements.
In accordance with Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.2, a copy of each of the resolutions passed by the Company, other than resolutions concerning ordinary business, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and made available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism.

The 2022 Annual General Meeting of Pennon Group plc was held at Peninsula House, Rydon Lane, Exeter EX2 7HR on Thursday 21 July 2022 at 9.30am.

2021 General Meeting
On 28 June 2021 a general meeting was held for the purpose of seeking shareholder approval for the Special Dividend, Share Consolidation, increase of the Company's existing authority to repurchase shares in order to execute a Share Buy-back, amendment of certain of the Company's existing AGM authorities in relation to allotment of shares and disapplication of pre-emption rights in order to reflect the Share Consolidation and making certain amendments to the current articles of association of the Company.
